Every Kenohi drink is bottled in glass or aluminum. Glass preserves flavor purity and allows our drinks to be served hot or cold, removing the limitations of seasonal sales. Our bottles are designed to be kept, refilled, and reused.

Where plastic is unavoidable — caps, seals, shrink wrap — we use as little as possible and seek recyclable alternatives. From sourcing to shelf, every packaging decision is made with reduction in mind. The earth gives us our ingredients; we respect it in return.

We build Kenohi from the ground up — starting with Tokyo's streets and markets, growing into its stores, and eventually reaching every konbini in Japan.

Phase 1 — Roots

Before we can stock shelves, Tokyo needs to taste Kenohi. We go directly to the people — pop-up stalls, farmers markets, health events, and food festivals across the city. Let the drink speak for itself.

At the same time, we build the foundations that make everything else possible: production capacity that can grow sustainably, and deep relationships with Japanese farmers to ensure our ginger, honey, and spices are always first-rate.
